Almost everyone in our lineup, none of whom are over 30, are hitting 100-200 OPS points below their averages. Very frustrating. Pitching is great.

      13-9 April/ 13-9 May. INCREDIBLY CONSISTENT!!!

Ugghh 3-3. We just can't pitch this season. Pierce finally has a good outing then Gerald has his worse outing of the year. Vaccarella on rehab and Tucker won't be ready for 3 weeks so just going to try to use smoke & mirrors with the rotation. Funny how one year the starters rock and the next they don't get it. The offense is fine.

Speaking of crazy : CHECK OUT TODD BOYCE!!! I always loved this kid (Just ask Jistic), but first two seasons in the big leagues the kid could field (100 double plays in 2002 lead the league despite being injured final month), but never really got his bat going. Well today he is a top 5 hitter and just gone nuts right now batting .437 in May. Really happy for this kid. We sort of hope he becomes our Javara, but time will tell.

My AA team is 5-34 also. I've been playing with a full squad since the season opened and we're still THAT bad. No clue why or how but worried about Fred Evers getting disgruntled.

Mine's been lousy also so I DID move Lee up to AA. Mixed results....batted .364 snuck up to #7 on the top 100 then got hurt for 3-4 weeks.

Nice to see SP- Tom Vaccarella got 8 strong innings in each of his two starts this week. God knows we can use any help right now with pitching.

1-5 again this week. 3 1 run losses and one loss was 2-0 so we've got to get some of these youngsters hitting and to the big leagues soon or my pitchers are going to be revolting.

If JJ Black is out for a long time...could be devastating to an already poor bullpen.

3rd straight sim of 4-2 gets us to one game out. And it took a monster week from Carolina to keep us out of first.

I'm not sayin'... I'm just sayin'.
