I always stick to this philosophy for pitchers. A 3 for control is almost always early for the BLB. And I don't move anyone up if they have 2 pts or more to develop in one category. The previous owner ruined a lot of young talent before I took over. I've probably ruined a few myself.

Anyway, my team sucks. No one should listen to me.

Yeah 2 points or more is too much.

I know Mueller was one point off on his control. That's the major reason I bumped him even though he didn't even pitch well in AAA. I just felt he needed to get beat down and his control would come out of necessity.

But he's 26 and now is the time for him to have figured it out. I don't think he was ruined at all or even in threat of being ruined. He is what he is. Control is better now but it's always gonna be an issue. Keeping him in AAA wouldn't have made his control a 5. It's gonna hover in the 3/4 area which is hardly ever any good. I normally never draft a pitcher with that control. I wanted Mueller because I liked everything else about him.

And sure I started his clock early, but I don't give a crap about clocks. Guys are gonna get paid eventually.

If I robbed people, we'd be the exact same person.

Summary: If we all ran our baseball teams the same way it would be boring. Plus we are all hard-headed. Well I'm not. Funclown adapts.

Least Jistic started fixing that terrible stadium if his. Now for Mwetts to fix his ping pong style park!!!!

                    Don't you mean your catcher/starting pitcher/shortstop/closer/right fielder?

Intl 21 year old player. They are a different breed. They can come up very quick especially if they have advanced ratings.

As Jistic says, I'm getting a bit better.

I don't think I'll ever change it. Not sure why I would. Ok so I make more of a pitchers park and then the hitters suffer. I make it more of a hitters park and the pitchers suffer.

Am I losing games because it's a hitters park? When teams come to town we play with the same dimensions they do so how would they have more of an advantage over me? I honestly have just never understood why I would change.

Not that I'm not open to listening to a sound argument on the idea I just don't get how it would help my team. And maybe that's why we suck... or it could be losing two of our top three players for a majority of the season.

I'm just teasing you. Want some humor. Have you ever looked at my park??? Yes and lefties suffer (unless they are built the right way)

I know there is no malice behind but I'm being serious I see people tweak their parks every year and I can't find a justification or a good argument to do it myself. I was hoping someone could expand on their thinking about this. I thought it was just another way to be involved and fuck around with the game.

Someone posted early we are all hard headed and whatnot but I'm the exact opposite. In fact there are a couple small things you have mentioned over the years (I'm gonna get killed for this) that I thought was good insight and have adopted them into my philosophy. So what I'm saying with a solid argument I am more than willing to look at it a different way I just haven't found that argument yet.
