    - Simmed 9 days to get back on a mon-sun schedule.
    - Nothing else to report. Thanks for clearing those DFA lists.

Fun series between Los Lunas and Syracuse at the beginning of the week. Syracuse's ace shut out the Javelinas on Saturday and then Los Lunas' best pitcher came right back the next day and shut out Syracuse.

I take back all the negative things I've said about Caden "Monk" Marcus.

      37 years old, 3-0, 27 K's in 3 games.

      :D

Tobs are at 7-5, this may be the high water mark for the year.

Broderick Joyce has been a huge surprise for me thus far, 3-0 with a 0.46 era. Not bad for a guy we drafted as a reliever.

What I want to know is....how is Joe Chavarraga's arm still attached?

            http://ootp.oldredboat.com/reports/b...e_box_101.html

And his two starts before that one featured 138 and 136 pitches.

I just created a thread about high pitch counts.

Not terrible. 8-5 so far, went 6-3 since the last sim. I'll take a 6-3 record through 9 games all year long.

Great week for us 5-3 this week with two road road trips to two first place teams. Got the split with Acid thanks to a late inning thriller, Arce goes yard in the 9th for the win.

Finally get a home stand at the end of the next week.

4-4, decent. We managed to get the ERA to just under 7, wonderful.

It's still early. don't lose faith. that is, until you face my team, then an ERA of 7 is acceptable.
