Also, looks like the league history needs to be updated in the HTML. Looks like the 2002 Season hasn't been added, yet.
I'll check on the history, Linty. Thanks.

3-3 Sim for the Dinos. I was really hoping to go 4-2, since we were at home, but Denver took one from us and Indy was just too much.

        The Good

Naito is really putting the bat on the ball. This is the first year I have not had Campbell on my roster at the start of this season. There is no confusion who is starting at 3B and Naito looks like he wants in on this All-Star thing. Also hitting well was a familiar name in Von Haynes. Despite my scouts saying he can't play C anymore he did quite well in his first week of action throwing out 3 would be base stealers. He also hit for .333 and got OBP at .444. The power is obviously not there yet but he is going to a familiar field this week and should see a boost in that department. Alex Torres got back on track in a no-decision, with a 10K 2BB performance. We had him on a short leash though and only went 7 innings. SS Marco Lona continues to hit well in his first year and is actually starting to show a little plate discipline, picking up a pair of BB's.

        The Bad

John Vejar was totally discombobulated this week posting a 15 ERA and ballooning his ERA up to 5.59 on the season. Esterson got roughed, but that was our fault, we misused him. JP Johnston got torched by his former teammates, INDY(wow did I have that team all wrong). Stephen Alexander forgot how to swing the bat this week and got himself on a cold streak. Hopefully he can turn that around in Cali, with that short right field of theirs.

        The Farm

I always forget to talk about the kids, force of habit that will change, now that the dictator is gone. But overall we are looking pretty good. When we got the OSA realignment, my team dropped from 7th or 8th in top prospects to 13th. After two sims we are up to 9th, moving 2 spots each week. Lona, Brenzier, Vega, Diaz(this kid is going to be great), Infante and Lowe are all having great starts to their seasons. Even a couple of the dark horses are looking solid (OF Travis Hohman, SP Zach Alexander and SP Rich Rodriguez).

He looks great this season. But how can you blame anyone? His cost vs. performance was terrible the last two years. Also the injuries have ruined his ability to be a 5 tool player. Maybe he was a victim of the ever increasing ability ratings of VIR players? We will never know.
