Funclown is probably thinking something more nefarious happened. In his own mind he will point fingers at our large Hispanic roster and think that there was some sort of back alley meeting with his Hispanic players. He will think that I had some sort of arrangement that if they sucked bad enough we would try to acquire them. That their families and immigration status were in jeopardy. Our response to him is LA is a clean organization, and we are beating you.
Yeah, I saw that in the log. Talk about a fragile pysche. Well, once again enjoy your series victory(year 2) in our house. We give charity where needed. Least we showed New York where to stick it.

Got a good look at the draft list. If I was Davenport I'd take two OF'rs and call it a day.

My scout loves 6 guys as complete players. Sucks a bit that quiet a few are at 1B, but nice power draft on top.

I think this is a much better draft class than the past two years. Value might be in having multiple picks. I also have no clue who I would take if I had the #1 overall pick.

They have the #1 + #2. Hit the jackpot in this one.

I see a clear top 4 and I have no idea where I would go. Sometimes it's better to the be the SuperSonics (Durant) than the Blazers (Oden), so you don't even have to make the choice.

Can somebody remind me what the rule is for draft order when two teams have the same record? Would the team with the worse record in the previous year get the pick?

Reason I ask is because Carolina and I had the same record last season.

Previous season record (2001). Think your had the better record so Carolina picks ahead of you.

Yeah, thats how Morgantown landed Coates in 91. I got LIM.

I'm liking our potential in the draft. Looks like we can pick up a REALLY good player. I see why Pat is trying so desperately trying to break the Top 6.

Actually the more I look, the deeper this draft is. The top end talent drops off quickly, but there are a lot of really good looking prospects. I'm thinking that we should have at least 100 picks before you really have to start digging.

That being said because of the awesomeness of this draft, our picks are available. We have a high 1st and 2nd waiting to be snatched away from us. Don't miss out on this historic draft!
