Giving guys some looks to see who wins the final spots in the rotation (after Robinson and Potter).

Really like what Bankston and Benge brought. I have given them the 3rd and 4th spots in the rotation.

Now it's a battle between three other guys for one spot. Not easy but the odds on favorite is Mueller unless Parra or Williams can surprise.

Just got hit with diagnosis pending for Alex Gomez. Crossing my fingers there.

On the plus side, I like what I'm seeing from rookies, T.J. Stratman (RF) and Diego Flores (C/1B). Looks like both guys will make it on the roster this year as backups at their respective positions.

On the mound, I hoping Danny Ybarra has finally hit his stride. He's looked good out there and if he play like we know he's capable of, we'll have a pretty tough bullpen. We've cut our roster down to 30 players for the second half spring training so our starters will be getting some real work, as well as the final positions on the pitching staff will be solidified by performance.

Not if they are on the North side. Morale will go up, the train will still happen regardless of injury.
