Do I go for Hamilton if the super team still doesn't age? I'm not so sure. I probably would have kept my picks and just reloaded. It just feels nice that everyone is on equal footing again and I have the chance to make moves that truly make an impact on the league, not just play for the Porter Crown.
In the end, I stopped caring what "the machine" did. Well no, I did care just got numb to the sillyness. I tried to still have fun. I know though alot of teams just put they're head in the sand (especially the IL) and went in into early "blow ups" and rebuild modes knowing hope did not exist. Guess in our neck of the woods we could least chase after the DL flag?

Agreed. I started putting kids on the block after '99. I didn't trade my first player until '00 though. I guess I thought I had a chance still? Lol

Rivera has quickly become one of my new favourite players after his career year in 2002.

He had a solid year last year. But I'd say his career year is 1994. Note the injury history.

              Conan "Checkmate" Wilkerson

              1987-1991, 76-37, 2.39 ERA, 1.02 WHIP, 341.6 VORP, 1103/245 K/BB

1st in VORP in BLB in that time frame.
T-1st in BLB wins in that time frame.
T-1st in QS in that time frame.
2nd in BLB in K's in that time frame.
3rd in WHIP in that time frame.

Then, he falls completely off the map after being traded to Syracuse. I'm not saying he was edited... I'm just saying.

              1992-1997, 36-46, 4.92 ERA, 1.58 WHIP, 2.1 VORP, 440/356 K/BB
