      PAWTUCKET CLINCHES THE ALE FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE 94!
      First playoffs appearance since 95.

      Wow, its been a long road back. This game can be very humbling.

      Pawtucket 4-2. First winning sim in about 6 weeks and these were all road games which is very encouraging.

      Way to hang in there Z. Your a pain in the ass.

            Lost 2 of 3 at Pittsburgh, but won 2 of 3 in Syracuse to pull within a game and a half of the wild card.

            One more win would have made a huge difference.

              So. First sim of the new regime and I go 0-7. I've never gone 0-7 in any sim before. At least the team has the right idea? Waiting for the HTML, but clearly there were a couple injuries.

              LA Highlights

              Jamie Cozby - Was 7 for 16, hit better this week than ever.
              Jonathan Morris - had a pair of dingers to go with his 10 hits.

              LA No-lights

              The pitching was completely rancid. When only 4 guys have an era below 4.00...

                  It looks like the Virginia Six were basically completely deleted from the game. Is that what we were going for? I thought they were being retired but would retain their statistics and records.

                      When I do an in-game search, none of them show up, and their records appear to have been completely wiped from the record books. Anyone else seeing this?

                          In my game they are all over the leaderboard. For history they all say became a FA and retired on 9/23/02.

                          It might be an upload issue on my end with the league file and I didn't generate all the proper reports.

                            Pretty sure it's my fault...I didn't include the Retired.dat file (it said end of season only).

                            Let me create a new league file (it's the same results) and upload it. The people who dloaded already will need to do so again I believe.

                              4-3. Had some rough starts, so guess we're lucky to get a winning sim.

                              Zach Greenwood has been an interesting prospect for us. 3rd rounder in 2000, he's been hurt quite a bit in the minors, but he was ready for a chance when rosters expanded. He's done well since his call up, but his week he went nuts, hitting 4 homers and driving in 11 for a triple slash of .345/.355/.793. Good stuff!

                              And thanks to Matt for getting us the sim!

                              EDIT: Oh, and we clinched!
