      What's the process on the Managerial picks? Do I need to collaborate with Jimmy or should I just submit my votes to Clay?

            You have to follow the rules for the set picks. Then you should collaborate with Jimmy on the 8 picks. You get the final call, but it would be in poor taste to not talk.
