          Pawtucket 3-3.

          Took the series versus Maine despite handing them a freebie win (forgot to change to a 5 man rotation after the trade) . Oh well.

          Rookie SP Tom Vaccarella so far has been ok. Was worried after his first start, but settled down.

          Art Yeandle is back to complete our bench so we go from here.

              Well 2-4 for the Brawlers this week but Tom Schuh finally showed why we drafted him #1 as he pitches a complete game, 3 hit shutout, with 12 strikeouts. Hope we see a lot more of that in his future.

                2-4 with an awful sweep by division rival Carolina. Some nice performances at the plate but no pitching to speak of.

                But still only 3.5 back.

                  Ouch, rough interleague sim. Lots of close losses unfortunately. Offense is struggling right now big-time but starting pitching is still there.

                  Making some moves at the minors level. Moving up Astimbay and Alba, two of my top picks from last year's draft to AA. Astimbay has been going nuts so far this year. Alba was great last year and is off to a slow start this year which I think is due to his boredom at A.

                  My AA lineup has some talent now with those two joining #8 prospect Abraham Santana and emerging slugger Terry Mast (who has 8HR this year already).

                      UGHHH McCarty out for season. Just when he has hit a groove. Rackham called up, looks ready. I need my players to grab the old sack and mature.

                      Side note Albert Chavez my AAA closer has not allowed a hit yet this season. 14 in 7 bb 24 K
