        I'm going to end the season with the 4th best record in the BLB and miss the playoffs. Just not the right year.

          Pawtucket 3-3. About our pace since May.

          Bobby Lopez rookie of the month in August. Not bad for a 10th round castoff.

            After dropping to 6 back in two sims I was ready to pack it in but then you pull out a sim like this one!

            We can't hit worth a damn. My rag-tag bunch of arms is the only thing keeping us close right now. Well, that and the fact that we're in the Bock.

                4-2 for the week, seven back in the Pilsner and six back in the DL Wildcard. And we play Syracuse five times in our next nine games. Not getting too excited, but I like this team right now.

                    Just occured to me that Davenport is poised to land the #2 & #3 picks this year.

                          Interesting. We are 4th in SP ERA (3.59) and Bullpen ERA (2.87) but 2nd in overall ERA (3.36) in the IL.

                            Surprisingly (at least to me), Wilmington and Indy are tied for 2nd with 7 CG each on the season. An even more surprising stat (again to me) is the team that leads the league with 17 CG.

                            Which team is it?
