        We have guys that can't.

A Ball season is over. Sad. Really wanted to see my 2001 draftees pitch some more.

The AAA squad continues doing well. Going to leave that rotation down there to finish the job. I'm sure most of them will see regular action in the BLB next year.

This may be a virtual #1 lock as well.

Unless an INT pops up... this kid looks special....

Agreed. Guess I should start getting the 2002 trade block warmed up.

Yikes. Last season he gave up 21 earned in 73 IP and went 1-7!

That Cal team scored the least runs per game that season. Dude was Brad Radke in college.

Yeah... 1.03 WHIP and a 1-7 record is just bad mojo.

On a team that batted .235. Still only had a 2.59 ERA. This year they're .270 and he's 7-2. Hell his Freshman year he had a 1.52 ERA and only went 4-5! Not really his fault. I also like that he hasn't had one injury.

Would have loved to pick that guy #1...more proof that bad luck just follows us around. For now I'll just keep the faith that Diego will be who OSA thinks he can be.

That kid is going to be in the Show sooner than later. If health doesn't get him, he's going to be really good. I don't worry about the INTs as much on injuries. They seem to have a slightly better track record.

Something about the last few seasons seem to bring really rapid development for guys drafted in the 21-22 age range.

My #1 pick (1.16) RJ 'Basher' Manning just finished a solid A ball half season and showed me enough to take him straight to AAA to finish the year. He started in A, but he'll Setup in AAA. Likely a bullpen arm as a Pro unless that 3rd pitch shows up (doubt it).

I'm yet to get the illustrious 3rd pitch development, but that sets me up for a solid bullpen of 1st Rounders in the near future (Gray, Franco, Bonilla, Manning).
