That 3-game series v L.A. was pretty outstanding for Gill. #PawtucketBump

You never responded to my PM. If you had, you could have had Baker, pre-TJ.

No one ever wants a player post TJ.

                    Pun/Jokes intended.

Sent the kids down and promoted some older guys and look at that, we went 3-3 and still did just about everything the same including not hitting, stealing bases, and blowing leads.

Might as well let the kids marinate if having them up on the big stage could only destroy them as they continue to get destroyed.

Our 2000 Second Round Pick, Jaime Benge, just won his second straight AA MASH Pitcher of the Month Award. He was 3-1, 0.76 ERA after going 6-1, 2.57 ERA in May. His June ended with a 12 K no-hitter. He now has 117 strikeouts in 119 innings pitched, and has five 10 K games in 17 starts.

And he didn't even make the All Star Team.

His ratings don't say he should be that good in the BLB, but maybe there's a ratings bump we haven't seen yet, or he could be underrated. I don't know. I just like it.

Just an abysmal week all the way around (1-5, scored 12 runs total, got no-hit by Erik Keifer). On the bright side, Tom Swanson crushed it in his rehab assignment and he'll be back in the regular lineup for the next SIM. We've basically been treading water while he's been out, so hopefully we can switch gears now that our regular lineup is back in place.

Good luck with Heath. Super high on the guy in the minors, but his Control started falling and when the K's and BB's started running in sync, we just had to expose him. Hopefully the change of scenery does him well. He at least brings a ring to your young clubhouse.

                              Happy Birthday.
