    I thought the issue wasn't so much about how the player in question reacted as it was about how future players would react to offers like that. Meaning they'd know that you don't keep your promises.

    ....but maybe that was the college football league.

      Also, if Clay has the ability to, you can assign Anaya's contract in 2002 to me, right now, if it's that big of a deal.

                    Nah. That's excessive.

                    The rules allow it. We just need to change the rules. Everyone has to see how those contracts could set a bad precedent in the future.
