How so? He hit his ratings. He was really good his first half in the league. Not my fault he crashed in the second half and hasn't been the same since.

Like the JH extension for Windy City too. Good price even if he's only a 2/3.

Yeah I didn't wanna push it. He's probably gonna be crazy expensive soon. And I might have a few guys late decade that are gonna all wanna get paid at once. I toyed with waiting another year but why?

Already his arb number is close to what your front money is.

Hate lack of control guys, but in "The mansion" he will be fine. You have slated at #4 don't you.

RF Julian Rivera signs with Pawtucket for one year.

Liked him past few seasons. Old, but nice defense and will fit here fine.

We are cheap here in Pawtucket.

I don't mind that he walks guys. Nobody can hit him.

Ironically enough Julian Rivera is one of the few F/A's I offered. You barely beat me. DAMMMIT! lol

I figured the sandwich pick would be more valuable.

You can't rush someone that hits their ratings. He was ready. Chances are he wasn't as good as hoped.

He hasn't hit his ratings. According to my scout and the stats, he has a ways to go on his control, which going into the draft you knew was going to be his achilles heel. It's still not there yet and it's 2001...he was facing BLB hitters in 1998.
