          Once a proposals is destined to pass or fail, people may have a tendency to let that sway their vote. I'd rather get a true look at the feeling of the league.

          If one ends 12-12... it's not worth bringing back.

          If it ends 17-7... it might merit discussion again the following season.

                  Bummer I missed out on the 1st pick. In MLB it's previous years record that determines it in case of tie. Denver and Batavia both finished 45-117 with Denver having more wins in 1999. I read on a few forums that OOTP likes pythag record but we're both tied in that. Must be something else.

                  Not like it matters since there are usually a few good players at the top...and we are a better team than Denver.
