The worst thing is that it probably will happen.

My scout also see's Pancho as a 5 in stuff. Probably still high 5's though. This was his worst playoff performance since his rookie year and that's with him throwing a game of 8+ innings of shut out ball. I think he never loses his control, but I'd keep an eye out for his K's and in particular, his stuff and movement against lefties.

I think he'll retire before the end of his deal. Don't see him pitching into his 40's.

I have Pancho losing one in stuff and control. My control dropped a lot in my 30's too.

My stuff keeps dropping. I blame gravity and boxer shorts.

I'm glad you old guys are still doing well on your movement.

            Bowel movement.

Just didn't have the horses to finish the job. When your payroll gets high, you have to cut costs somewhere... sadly when that place is the bullpen, you lose games.
You have such a scrappy team. In both of those 4-3 wins, you scored all four of your runs with two outs. Knudson's two-out grand slam in Game 3. Even worse was Game 4 where you didn't even have a base runner, two outs, and managed to rally for four runs. Kel Murphy did his best mop-up job and nearly blew Game 7.

Good year for you Shaver. I'm sure the rivalry will continue on.
