When someone runs your 2B in Game 1 of the week... it kind of screws your 7-day lineup. Vengeance will be mine! Oh Yes! It will be mine!

      Oh, we went 1-5.

Meanwhile, our AA 1B/DH Takuma Miyamoto just had his 37-game hitting streak snapped.

It is the longest in the BLB Universe across all professional levels.

That was a lot of one run losses. But we hold that 1 game lead.

Horizon League (AAA) - 8 teams qualify. Single-game elimination.

Lautering Union (AA) - 16 teams qualify. Best two-of-three.

            Bush League (A) - 8 teams qualify. Best four-of-seven.

3-3. Drop one to Davenport that should've been a win and we lost 2/3 to Washington. Gave up a lot of untimely (or timely from Washington's POV) home runs that sealed our fate. Still have a 1-game lead on California.

3 spots. 4 Teams. This has the potential to be one of the most exciting competitions for the IL playoffs in a while.

Should be interesting because of how the schedule breaks out. California and I are done for the season. I still have 6 with Baltimore (3 and 3) and 7 with DC (4 @ and 3 home). Cali only has 3 more with Washington and 4 with Baltimore. Nice lighter schedule, but also less opportunity to make up full games.

In a strange way, I feel like California and I are allies for the stretch. Both of our teams getting hot right now would benefit us both. If we can take care of business, we're both in position to push Baltimore and DC into the Wildcard race and control our destinies.

"Bold" prediction would be Baltimore as the odd team out purely based on the fact that they are the worst ROAD team of the 4.

                    5-1 someone call a doctor.

W.O'Reilly beat Wind City 2-1 and was at bat when both runs scored once on a balk and once on a RBI single.

No argument here. And you would think it was our hitting due to our park but in actuality, its our bullpen. We lose so many of our road games late its not funny.

Well actually, it is pretty funny.

It will likely be the 3rd time I miss the playoffs despite having a Top 4 record in the IL.

Is that true? That doesn't seem right. If you're the fourth best team shouldn't you at least get a WC?

Record wise...nope. We had the Bock & Pilsner last decade have below .500 records winning the division.

Sometimes the 4th, 5th & 6th best records miss but #7 sneeks in.
