4-3 against the other pathetic teams in the Pilsner.

    Shame.

Matt is catching up to you in the standings. I think you had like a 15 game lead on him at one point. Shame.

I think you're giving my team way too much credit. 15 games?

Welcome to the BLB, Ruben Luna. Luna had his first plus plus sim since being called up, with 3 HR in 29 AB and a 1.061 OPS. Our DL All Star C Ignacio Huerta noticed, and one upped him with a 1.205 OPS including a .538 OBP. Two catchers. Nice problem to have.

                Interesting:

Nagisa Kobayashi was ok with being a backup on our team but wants to start with Morgantown.

This was a good sim for us - after some lackluster ones. We swept Maine and split with Pitt and at least picked up a game on feisty Maine. Thanks for nothing Pawtucket.

*Marco Perez got a control bump and filled out his potential of 8-6-5.
*My favorite lefty grinder Brad Hayes got a bump to 5-6-5 at 31.
*Hector Anaya got back to 5-7-5 to go with his 1.65 ERA.

I'm excited about the 3 kids I got from Los Banditos:
*McGuire is #9 on the prospect list and will be our post-Durham 2B.
*I think Stewart is more closer than starter at the BLB level, but he looks like an 8-4-4 type or an 8-4-5 type.
*Buckman, if he makes it, can play 3 OF positions. His CF rating hit 5 and he has nice range.

*Beast is #2 on the Top 20.
*Durham is back on after injury at #19.
*Haut and Soto are at #13 and #15.

*Ricky Rangel comes back up after going 6-0 with a 2.50ish ERA in AAA to replace one of my favorite Whalers ever RaGo. He was worth every bit of Wildfire to get him from Ryan 6 years ago. If he hangs on, I think he's in the conversation as a HOF type pitcher.

Tough run here with Indy and the Dinos. At least we miss Bryant with a short term injury. If we can get a 3-3 split I'd be thrilled. Indy has played us even, but we have a lot of trouble with LA. At least it's a homestand.

Pretty sure in this case Batavia is sinking payroll on purpose.

                            A) I'm better than the Yankees

                            B) Number is deceptive. It includes the entire Sctott contract which isn't costing me a dime.

                              A) Probably true.

                              B) Subtract 12.5M and there is still a huge gap. I'm not assigning any wrongdoing of any sort, just thought it was an eye-catching difference.

Plus the 39 win-worst IL record ever, set by another Porter club not named Philly or Baltimore, may be broken by this squad. They need 15 wins to stay out of the record books (as #1). While Denver needs to win 18 to allow Pawtucket to hold on to the title in the DL.

Oh... I didn't take it that way. I don't break rules... I just rule.

Batavia is too good to break the record.
