I'll put Fernandez in there with Manhos and Porter and let it ride.

So because Duarte is struggling we should ignore the last 3 years at .863, .939, and .934 OPS?

Aziz is a stretch I grant you but if we go by how you tell it then we wouldn't know that his "best full season" was his second full season and it was last year.

This team is playing above expectations right now, but I just think that maybe your expectations of what constitutes a good team are a bit skewed. Things looks a bit different from down here than from up there.

If were basing the quality of a current team on their best case scenario from a 3 year window we could say almost every team has winning potential.

Beat me to it. But that's only because I resisted piling on Carlos.

Thats why I said almost. I figured Denver and Pawtucket were implied.

-I honestly believe my Triple-A team could beat Batavia and Denver in a three-game series. There are a few Four-A types on the squad but almost the entire pitching staff is in their early to mid-20's.
Considering the average age of your AAA is 2 years younger than my BLB team I'd say they are about equal.

With the all for naught philosophy and no farm system the last 5+ years I'd say there are a few AAA more stocked than my BLB team.

We're getting better for the future. We knew this was a year of transition.

Wow, Carlos. In the same sentence. You've hit rock bottom.

It's how I subliminally get Carlos to "go Carlos" and start swinging the trade hammer.

I want to trade a couple guys, but no one wants them.

But you're not getting Loco Los to come out again. Loco Los was assassinated by The Pride and his Rainbow Shield.
