  • Question about comp picks...

SS Clint Johnston is a guy I am maybe looking into moving before the deadline and according the Roster Status Information page he is a Type A FA. I have seen these status' change throughout a season and he doesn't seem like a Type A to me. So my question is what are the criteria to be a Type A or B FA? Do they have to sign a certain size or length contract to recieve the pick?

I'm pretty sure it's based on performance.

I bet it's on the OOTP forum somewhere. Z is right, I think you have to be like top 25% for your position. Or something.

Johnston's .207 average with zero power isn't doing him any favors.

Keep in mind he plays short.
