With the injuries in Virginia... shame on every team in the IL if I win.... Hell... shame on you all if I even make the playoffs. The beast is down. Someone step up and kill them.

          Pawtucket 3-3.

Took 2 of 3 from Denver and lost two of three from NO. Aparicio pitched his first really good game which was nice to see. (7innings/ 0 runs/ 9 k's against NO)

Thang Mac went a little nuts batting .476 in his first week with us. We played at home and pull hitting righties tend to play well here. Signed cheap for two seasons also. We really have nothing in terms of catching prospects in Pawtucket so he will have to do.

Farm: Nothing major happening this sim. I did a test Sunday and it so happens Costa would be a top 100 prospect as a center fielder (#55 last check) Going to have to watch a few development reports and see which way to go.

Marketing update: Going to have to lower ticket prices it seems. The fans aren't buying the malarky anymore.

4-2 week ... and we lose two games in the divisional race to a 6-0 Hartford. Yep.

            And my ace is hurt.

Wow, another 4-2 week for the Brawlers. Had a tough series with California where we pulled one out in the top of the ninth but lost a 1-0 heartbreaker in the 10th of the next. Went 1-2 against California and then swept Morgantown. Only 8 games under .500 now which after last season I find incredible.

It baffles the mind how we can give up SO MANY home runs away from home. Its like we start throwing beach balls once we leave Phillips Field.
