        You're misunderstanding, I think, Squid.

The manager can't fill your lineups or stock your system. That's your job.

What he can do is auto set your lineups and depth chart, but you still need to push the button.

gotcha, I'll look into that myself then later today. Never had to do that with the other leagues I'm in. Thanks for letting me know.

One of the first things you need to do is sign bodies to minor league contracts.

Can he use the Manager Options and set all of the minor league duties (including signings and releases) to the minor league managers?

I've never used it but I've seen the option.

He can do that, but that's a very risky proposition.

No telling what the AI will do. If he does that, you better believe I'm gonna watch Free Agency like a hawk in hopes it releases a struggling high prospect.

Also, minor league signings might not be free agency signings. I think it's mostly signing minor leaguers to extensions. But I could be wrong. Never used the option.

Washington Bats (24-14; Tied for Stout lead)

                    2-1 @ Windy City
                    3-0 @ California
The one game we lost was by one run, in extras, where the CPU started the SP two consecutive days. I'll take it. This is for you, Linty:

                    The Good
-If you don't know who Heishu Shiraishi is yet, he doesn't care. He's just an average guy who once was said to "have a large collection of plants that occupy his time off the field." In his second season, he is a top 20 player in the BLB. Through his first 151 games (roughly a full season) he is hitting .328, with a .936 OPS, 190 Hits, 42 doubles, 22 homers, 72 RBI, 103 runs and 15 stolen bases. He also is one of the best defensive CFs in baseball.

-After leading the entire IL in relief ERA as a rookie, C.J. Skinner is somehow getting better. His 1.11 ERA and .62 WHIP is disgusting. His 346 ERA+ is nuts. Another great reliever this season is closer Clarence "Doodle" Ortiz. Now in his sixth season with D.C., he is having arguably his best season as a pro. Currently on pace for 47 saves, .90 ERA, .85 WHIP, career highs across the board.

                    The Bad
-For the third time this season the CPU or I fucked up the rotation. I swear I had it right this time...but somehow Loren Washington started two games in a row. The second game being the only game the Bats lost all week.

                    The Ugly
-Shawn Burton is my highest paid hitter on the team and getting some of the least amount of at bats due to poor play. The guy needs a change of scenery or a swift kick in the butt. For $9,000,000 he has a .508 OPS and on pace for -34 VORP.

                    The Farm
-The Bats are calling-up top hitting prospects B.J. Jobe and Tyler McLouth this week. Both have been red-hot in May and will get starting ABs right away for the big league club. CL Jamie Lundgren, acquired in a trade with New Orleans last year makes his debut on the top 100 this week and is slowly approaching BLB status. He has now struck out 29 guys in 17.2 innings. Not bad. Another recently acquired RP, Ron Kimpton from Los Angeles, has struck out 47 in 24 this season.

                    The Week Ahead
-Three @ Carolina and then three vs. Los Alamos. Two solid teams. Good test for the hot Bats. I'll say 4-2 week, winning both series 2-1.
                    Wilmington Wildcats- 2057-
                    Seattle Pilots- 2017-2041
                    Washington Bats - 1979-2013

I'm not sure what even drives it. I assume it's a combination of "injury rating" and "injury history", but I don't know 100% what the answer is.
I thought it was just injury history and would adjust as more (or fewer) injuries occur over a player's career.

I only question the exclusion of "injury rating" because I swear I've seen young guys marked Fragile who have few (if any) injuries. Could probably be tested fairly easily in single player.

Sometimes a kid has an early major or moderate injury and ends up being branded.

Nate Mcdonald took a major injury in his very early day never to get injured again. Despite this he went from "normal" (after injury) to "fragile", to "wrecked" despite continued health.

From what I've read its just "the likelyhood of being injured". Maybe his chances increase from 1% each start to 2.2 each start???? Either way, your still looking at dice rolls.

Could be a misused him, could be the position he played or simply put bad dice rolls. After him, I really stopped worrying to much about the injury rating.(With the exception of Ironman)
