    You could have saved a lot of text by just saying "what Clay said". A combination of injury history and rating (more specifically the PRONENESS rating).

        True. I've seen it. I've seen a couple guys go from Durable to Iron Man as well.

          I think the jump from Durable to Ironman is completely a product of "injury-less time". I'd venture a guess that you can't, however, jump from FRAGILE to IRONMAN even if you've been injury-free.
