Took Tony Cavazos with 1.5. Scout loves him more than I do but I'm going to go with his judgement. Was going to go with the SS Krummen or 2B Javy Sanchez but went with the best report/total package scout wise.

Next pick 1.16 took T.J DiMaggio, who will wear #5. Struggled as he aged but my scout and OSA like him more than anyone else left. Kid can run and should develop in the field as well.

You'll regret this in 20+ years, when a promising up and coming center fielder blows his knee out trying to make up for this old bastards pride!

The regression of DiMaggio scared me off. But scout loves him.

Hated his eye, but had he been sitting at #6 I would of taken him. Great pick.

That's a lot of 1st day picks. It would have crashed at me anyway.

Going back and forth between the last two Top 50 guys I see on the board.... pick will be in in the next 15 minutes.

Colonials take Brenden Lindsey out of Clemson. Kid will need to shake some of the walks if he wants to dance with the Champs... but he's a legit Top 50 makeup and looks semi-close at 21.

                          Welcome to Title Town.

And... for those who've mentioned my completed unprovable list that I reference each year....

I see 22-24 Top 100 caliber players from the first scout. More hitters than pitchers.

Schubert is the best and will likely debut at #1

Schuh is the best Pitcher and should be Top 5.

As of Pick 19... I see about 9 guys left.... so.... FWIW... only 3 or 4 of the picks so far come off as "fliers" to me.

Apparently I'm getting better as an evaluator, because I really look Lindsey. I almost took him with my pick.

I took Agustin Perales who my scout had as the #1 talent. So either he's really wrong or OSA is really wrong. If its in the middle, I'll still be satisfied.
