What impressed me the most is the avoid K rating/potential and the stats that prove it. He might get on base a lot by just putting the ball in play with that type of speed.

My scout thinks he can steal 75 bases a year.

The first international to go is normally a head scratcher to most owners. OSA loves him and I'm guessing Davenport probably had him as one of the best hitters in the draft. High risk, high reward. But my scout wasn't a big fan either.

Could be a beast too. My scout didn't like him as much as I did. But he looks the part. Was a force in college. And at 21 already he's less of a gamble. It's a really solid pick there.

Good pick. Love his skills in the outfield and has real power. I dont like his WE but I think he will be an exceptional player.

Haven't picked in the first round in a while....it's scary! I don't trust my scout, but he was on point with some of the other picks, so I took the best guy I saw according to my scout and picked Pastore.
