    Draft pool has been released
    The Great One!

    To many rings to count...

    Pawtucket 2-4.

Swept against Syrcause then turn around and take two of three from hated Indy.

Still going on record that Artie Stewart is a homerun machine. Going to be excited to watch a full season out of him.

In the minors the kids are still cooking, but a few kids are screaming for promotions including Oscar Vazquez to the big show. Will have to see what happens next few weeks.

Ugh. Export didn't go through. Should have double-checked.

Not bad with a 2-4 run. Claveau gets his second win on the young season and Oku gets a grand slam in the 7th and a 3 run shot in the 8th to help us salvage a late inning win against Virginia. Can't wait to get home where I can see the draft pool and who I might misfire on with my two first round picks.

I was gonna say. Hey look. A draft class with a few potentially great SP's and average OF's. Craziness!

                    We're 23rd!

The prospects we brought back in trades are doing well in the minors. The free agent pitchers we signed are also doing well.

Everything else is exactly as it should be. Los Lunas should be ashamed of itself.

Filed Under "Sucks to Be Chippered" -- That injury hurts a lot... but I'm more curious if the game programs in a legit impact on Jerry Morgan from the death of is kid. Tiny sample size, but he's never been worse than he has been to start the season. It would suck from Chip, but kind of a cool feature of the game if it does.

                          Yeah, it's pretty awesome!

Really hate to see Johnston go down with the bone chips. Especially without any dip.

Way early. We've lucked up on some good pitching in the first two weeks, but the final third of our lineup is atrocious.

I may HAVE to make a promotion or two to shake things up. Happy to have picked up Guzman off waivers. He gives me an extra back end lefty and allows Coates to move to the pen and hopefully recover from last year's season ending injury.

Also, Morgan's outing was cut short due to a rain delay. He'd allowed 2 runs in 4 2/3, with a walk and 5 k's, so he wasn't sitting too badly. He'll be fine.
