Just listened to pretty much the entire show (I did skip past the bottom few teams) while getting some work done...sounded great. It's entertaining--I enjoy listening to it. Would be cool if you guys added a mid-season or hot stove show too.

(From a technical side...Jake, are you able to bump up the gain on Clay's mic? Or Clay, can you bump it up on your end? Sometimes you were a little hard to hear.)

Another awesome performance guys. Really, really enjoyed it.

I haven't verified it in any way, but I feel like I've got one of the younger teams in the league, as a lot of guys are really just starting to hit their stride. I'm hoping that we get some good performances from guys like Gomez and Marlin, to make up for the loss of some the big batst.

Many guys can attest that I've tried to shake things up a bit, but it just hasn't happened yet. I'm usually good for at least one semi-big trade a year, so I'll be on the lookout for a deal before June. California is such a juggernaut though, its tough to see any move short of grabbing Pancho making any real difference.

Well, Shavermetrics isn't about my opinions. It's about the order that the math spits out. Then I make notes on why I think they ended up where they did.

But, more importantly, because SM is a snapshot of today, I don't really think about the finals.

So... when Jake asked... I did a quick logic through. Two high levels teams. Through out a #1 seed. Then just picked.

I think we moved up a spot from last year's rankings. Considering we won 99 games out of the 15 spot last season, I figure we're contenders to win 100 this year. Thanks again for our annual bulletin board material, Clay.

What funclown is saying is that he's ashamed to be a part of the BLB.
