Last sim was the deadline but for future reference, changing the scouting budget is under your teams' scouting and personnel tab. The amount is adjusted under the national scouting budget line.

The player development budget is under the teams' front office----->player development tab. When its open to adjust your budgets, the two locations will be greyed out and adjustable.

This league confuses me sometimes. A guy like Chuckwagon will get a 20MIL contract while a guy like Pete Hudder sits teamless asking for 3 mil per year and gives you essentially the same results.

            Ratings vs Stats.

Not saying that's a bad approach but it feels safer at their age.

So a 5-5-6 is worth 17 million more than a 5-5-5? I understand some people value ratings over anything, although at the end of the day performance is all that matters. Either way these two are essentially the same at this point in their careers.

Going by OSA, Sasaki is 567 not 556 with 565 pitch types and 6 stamina.

Hudder is 545 with 534555 pitch types and 5 stamina.

I think by ratings there's a world of difference there. Is it $17MM? No. But, I guess if you have the money and Sasaki won't take $8MM then you have to offer his demands.

By the way, I'm including Sasaki as one of the pitchers that will make more than his worth. Meanwhile, Bollati could have been had for $4.5 MM a year after I paid 50% of his contract.

I noticed that also. I think the Chuckwagon 20ml was just that high demand that some players do at the beginning of F/A and Pat just wanted to make sure he got him instead of letting the few sims past to allow his demands to go down. No chance in hell he was worth 20ml more like 5ml, but Pat had the money to burn so why not.

Yeah, I'd rather have Hudder as my ace this year...
