If that were the case then I don't understand why Ian Fain dipped all year last year from his debut. Slowly and not too far but still he dropped a little bit. And his stats were more insane than Funclown's house.

Dammit. Can't I just throw out a theory without actually fact checking?

Actually, maybe he was discounted because he was facing inferior competition. Should have been at AA. That's my new theory.

This again with the Top 100 list. Guys, we go through this EVERY YEAR.

There are two scouts. There's the Dynamic Top 100 List Scout and there's the Player Page Top 100 List Scout.

They are two different entities. That's why you see one guy being listed 67 on the Player Page and nowhere to be found on the Dynamic List. It's two different scouting systems that work for OSA.

They are talking about StatsLab. It's new.

HTML is broken. It still lists Rex Morgan as playing for Davenport. To be fair, it's broken in the other leagues I'm in too. It's a waste.

            StatsLab is better.

You need to save this for when the new Player Page rankings for this year actually come out.

It's confusing but it's how it works.

Just have to consider that OSA is a bureau of scouts. One guy is in charge of the Player Page scouting. One guy is in charge of the Dynamic List that also reflects everything else in the game.

Why they decided on having a Player Page guy is beyond my knowledge but it's how it works.

And I know someone is gonna question it. The answer is from OOTP's site itself.

That's fine, but seriously keep this handy for when early April rolls around and the rankings get tagged to the player pages.

Signing mad former Bulls so they can taste victory? That's low, man. Real low.

Am I the only one who feels like the BLB is swinging back to the Maine/Windy City 80's of a Pitching Heavy universe? I know it's always been a pitching dominant league... but I felt like the 90's had a lot more good hitters and hitting prospects than we do now. There are very few young hitters or prospects that I'm excited about. Dead ball era is coming.

                                Nope, not the only one.

Just a few seasons ago I complained that the league only had one legit Ace in a pool of Top Starters when there are more than a handful of legit Aces in MLB.

That's no longer the case. The League has more than a few real legit Game 7 Aces.

And I don't think it really has that many impact bats. I look at that Top 20 list and very few names excite me to the point that I would call them first ballot future HOFers.
