They don't run in-game until March. The HTML is last year's.

I took a huge leap in the Top Minor Systems for some reason. Must be my trips to those places in Korea.

This is the first reset. We get another one I think in March. Not sure why it does this. Lol, then you'll get the "Stamp" version April first week. That one you can have a guy jump on there, get stamped(on his BLB page) then fall back off the next day never to return again.

But last year we had the previous years all year. That's what's weird. This only seemed to work the first year we converted to 12.

I'll check the reports settings. I just did an "ALL REPORTS" run (which I do once per off-season). Maybe that report was jacked last year. Either way... that's the 99 one right now.

My take is that the list resets itself at the beginning of each offseason to remove "current performance" which influences the list during the minor league system. This version of the list is based on pure scout grade where as throughput the year players move up or down based on performance/rating hybrid ranking.

Dynamic or not, it still starts doing crazy jolts to the top 100 around this time. Good example is Pitts 70pt jump this sim. It happens every single time around this year.

                        Still dynamic though.

For sure there are points where bigger movements takes place... but the BA Top Players and Top Prospects are dynamic. In fact, it's a setting.

There will actually be other movement after the next SIM because 40 man guys will be promoted for the start of ST. The jump to Active tweaks the tell on ratings.

Makes alot of sense. I saw some guys who moved quickly up the top organizational list cuz they were having great seasons. Now they are on the list, but are knocked back down now.
