Pawtucket lands a few young kids for cheap. More signings earlier than expected.

Noticed the Dino's after claiming "no scouting" lands one of the greatest youngest scouts I've ever seen.

Windy City and Cali got screwed.

Apparently, trading for Tommy Potter and Roch Larivee, drafting Pat Brown through Rule 5, and the rising development of Ed Parra has pushed my organizational ranking in starting pitching to #1.

Good luck with Pat Brown. That bastard's control just would never take. During the wasteland that was my minor league system he was my #1 pitching prospect for like 2 seasons.

              We wish him well.

A couple 1st round picks over the next few years and he could make a full recovery.

Plus he'll have the Rule V in those years. Guy will clean up in no time!

Hey, I got 3 first rounders in the next 4 years back. Sure they won't be as good as my own, but at least I got some again.

                      Rebuild!

Wait. Where the hell did LA's scout come from? He wasn't in the personnel free agency listings when I picked a scout.

I'm serious in saying I don't think it's very fair that not every team has access to all available scouts.

Did you just check? New people arrived 1/1.

                          I'm pretty sure it's fair.

I think I signed my scout in November. Had no clue about the new personnel being created January 1.

                            That fucking sucks.

Yeah I was getting screwed by the loser I tried to sign. The idiot wouldn't take the money! Along comes Jan 1 and there's some new talent on the market. So I guess I have you and Jistic to thank for outbidding the hell out of me earlier in the year.
