*PLEASE READ* - Pending Trades (Off-Season 1 - 2)

Here's the deal.... there are so many pending trades right now, it's creating a tough situation. A lot of teams are trying to finalize their RULE V / 40-MAN, but they have guys pending trades taking up spot.

SO... here's the deal....

I'll process trades immediately after arbitration for those teams that would like them done, but I need these done.

* Whoever created the trade thread, edit the name to say PRE RULE V at the beginning of the title.

* Both teams need to post in the trade thread EXACTLY where they want the players post trade. If you don't tell me you want them on the 40-man roster and they get taken in the RULE V... not my problem. This includes minor league players.

If you do those two things, I'll process the trades.

If both criteria aren't met, they sit until JAN 1st.

You can do whatever you need to as long as all of the instructions are specific and the criteria above are followed.
