Well, I definitely wrote something about the series being over and Virginia getting the performance out of Legere that they needed.

There would be really no reason for a rebuilding team to do so. After next season, I have 5 players on "team options" This team payroll is about to crash in a major way.

IS that true??? Does the commish carry it over? You can carry over past a -10 mil cash balance???

I did one of those "test" sims where I cut like 4 guys and has a nutty balance of -29 mil. Figure the worst case scenario was -10 cash to start the year and my owner eats the other 19 million. Next season's payroll though was down to 32mil.

Again, I'm rebuilding so makes no sense. Like I'll sign big ticket F/A(yuk) and my budget position is really good. Now come 2001......

There's no lower cap on CASH. Only a CASH max.
