Probably the worst September I can remember having. Even when we would lose 95 games. This was just disgusting. It's like everyone but Rex Morgan and Pete Fitzgerald gave up.

Just a shitty, shitty, Gremades performance. Sad.

Best part of an otherwise miserable week: Tino Suarez threw eight innings, allowing only one run, in a loss to Pawtucket where we managed to blow a 4-1 lead in the ninth and lose 9-4 in 10 innings.

Ruben Sostre was brought up this week to pitch the final week. Nothing impressive about him so far, although he is a former 1st round pick.

Pitches a no hitter in his second start....but they pull him after 7.

You're right. Losing two Stout Slugger candidates down the stretch won't hurt my team at all.

7-0 to reach 99 wins. All in all, a very successful season for us. A shame to lose BJ Parker in the final week, but it looks like last season's playoff hero Ricky Celedon will get a chance to repeat his magic. We'll need to get a little creative at the leadoff spot, but we have options there.

And so the yearly crapshoot begins....good luck, Clowns.

Surprising end. We survive. Looking at a first round exit. We have had a good run though.

If you remove a player from the playoff roster due to injury, can they be added back in the next round if they're healthy again?

And I lost two guys better than him. So. Advantage you.

And Brown will only miss the first two games of the series.
