4-2 week with a pair of one-run losses. Six games below our Pythagorean record. It would be nice to see some of these one-run games go our way. 19-23 in one-run games, while Hartford is 20-16.

6-0 week as we cut California's lead down to 17....LOOK OUT!!!!

BTW, I'm not so sure about the whole month to month thing, Carlos We went 1-6 last week and 6-0 this week.

            Let me have my thing!

We went 4-2. Gained two games to move within 3 of Indianapolis.

Lost Kel Brown for two weeks. He should be eligible to return next week. Goooo retroactive DL! Also Kifle Al-Sadat suffered an injury while rehabbing from one in AAA. At least his time there allowed him to extend an old AAA hitting streak from 1989 to 23 games! Good for him. Now come back. Kluever is not cutting it.

Manny Rodriguez has been promoted to take over for Kel Brown's spot. Here's hoping the old Clown can help the Bulls continue their game of catch up.

Dallas's pitching is keeping them in the discussion again.

You have. No one wanted him. He simply didn't fit what I was trying to do with my lineup, but there's a reason I gave the man a 3-year deal. I'm glad to see him doing well and I'm not surprised that he is.

You guys still think I'm just crazy. Okay, maybe I am. But there's a method to my madness.

3-3 this week. Finally starting to play at least respectably these last three weeks. I can now take my fake beard and glasses off when walking into a riverfront bar.

Hey squid, just out of curiosity, why are you trying to make Goto a 3B? No arm... awful IF ratings... it looks like if not C, he could be at least servicable in the OF. Can't see him ever being a decent 3B.

Yep, he's either a catcher or an outfielder... not really a 3B.

Too bad Carolina not in the DL, be just a nice DH to have.

The Goto things confuses me too.

I think the only thing Goto can do is catch. He's a shitty fielder everywhere else.

I'd understand if there was another catching prospect he was trying to fill, but Deleon is as shitty a catcher as Goto is a fielder across the diamond.

Deleon can't field for shit. I'm not sure if anyone is getting this so let me make it clear. Deleon can't catch. Goto can.

                          What's happening here?

edit: But let me add that it's obvious Deleon is the reason Goto is being converted into a 3B. Though, I'm not sure why 3B specifically. Guzman can't play forever. Matsumoto seems to be handling his own at 3B right now (though he'd be good trade bait with his low salary and good hitting stats).

I feel like Clay has a hand in this somewhere after seeing Hector Chavez masquerade as a short stop for years.

I'm sure his arm rating has alot to do with his conversion. That being said, maybe 1B?????

Edit: Looking at OSA, it does appear he same 2's for lefti field and 1B. Also, not horrible OF ratings (again OSA 4 range, 5 arm, 4 error)

That's not horrible? I mean, sure, if you don't mind your outfielder jumping out of the Green Monster every now and then and cutting off cut off throws from his fellow center fielder, it's not horrible.

Also Goto's arm rating of 6 is at catcher. His arm rating in the infield is a 3. He's not getting to many balls at 3B and he'd be lucky to throw out anyone's catcher let alone their lead off hitter.
