3-3 as the Bats continue their dominance over us despite not playing as well as usual this year. Despite the .500 week we still look good for the wildcard and are just continuing to pray to avoid injury.

So not only will we have a 50 home run season, but two ON THE SAME TEAM???

California juice does the body good.

                      I'd be shocked.

Marshburn has hit his HRs at home at more than a 2-to-1 clip (20 v 8 on the road). With California playing a HOME HEAVY first half, Marshburn would have to really pick it up on the road.

Turcotte is a little more balanced, but still favors home cooking a bit.

Even Chavez, currently 2nd at 24 HRs, is heavy on the home cooking both in HRs and schedule.

                      I think we're still waiting for a 50.

Gained another half game lead on the division. The bats were hot this week, the pitching, terrible. Lost Beniquez for the year. Ugh! Not sure if that's bad or not, since he sucked on my team. Not sure if its his fault or not though, since the entire BP has been out of sorts this year.

Still looking for a bat - will deal some picks. Still looking to deal an arm - SP or MR/CL - for prospects or young BLB players (or a bat). Also looking to move some contracts.

We're open for business for the contenders looking for pieces and we're open to acquiring pieces from the sellers. It's insanity in Hartford. PM me.

I dare say no one is untouchable. Our goal is to win the division. We're not a title team, so there's lots of options either way.

We're starting to heat up and the team is more or less fully healthy at this point. The division will be tough but I think we can make a run for the wild card.

Norm Sutton is ridiculous. He's like a RA Dickey bargain right now.
