1) Thanks for the shout-out Funclown! The Pig Pen has served this franchise well over the last 4 seasons.

2) To Jimmy's point... I had a team in another league that just drove me nuts. Everyone underperformed all the time. I'd draft a player that everyone loved and he'd develop just fine according to his ratings, but his stats would suck and never improve. I still suspect that there is some sort of underlying rating for a franchise. I just don't know what, if anything, can be done to improve that rating.

Ratings are.....over rated. Learned that the hard way years ago. Too much on emphasis is put on ratings. Scouting is an art. There are times when my scout loves someone, even on my own team....but I know better.
