    Great work guys!

Do either of you work in radio? It sounds that good. But it's been my experience through online dealings with radio people (TJ) that they like to drop the "I'm in radio" line in every conversation.

As I said to Jake, he may have missed his calling. He's super polished for a guy who only "dabbled with it in college".

I did radio for 4+ years out of college, but its been almost 15 years.

I was skeptical about it being natural 100's of miles apart, but I must say Skype video made a HUGE difference. Being able to see Jake move toward the mic, I knew he was ready to tag what I was saying or move us alomg. Plus, when I went for a one-liner, to actually see him laugh, it made it more comfortable to be light.

      Lots of fun to do.

        Great work guys.

I know no one understands what I'm doing, but that's kind of the point.

Ask Z or umd. They've heard enough from me.

Brilliant! Lot's of effort, I know, but it was a vey well done final product.

Clay, you sounded more intelligent than your posts represent.

Seriously, you both sounded great and your content was enjoyable.

Jake sounds like Ryan Rusillo. Loved the podcast. Laughed less than I expected but there were a few gems. Next time feel free to run with it Jake.

I feel like Brady/Kinsey is the Miggy/Fielder. Sacrifice a little defense for elite middle lineup. Oh, and Ortiz is remaining the closer, just moved him in ST so he could get the rust off.

Clay sounds like a Chicago sports radio guy named George Offerman. Last time I heard him was playing NCAA on XBL back in the day.

"Denver could possibly have the least exciting roster in the BLB."
By the way, I actually agree with this. I think my team looks boring on paper. The best players aren't exciting in any way, nor are they routinely talked about in the league. It's mundane, but that's us.

Can we get the Shavermetrics breakdown?

Good stuff. I agree with the Dino's assessment. Scott's health is a concern, as with any other player. If he could play 3rd he would be there. But honestly, I think our season rides on the kids. Pitching may be our strength today, but our future is in our bats. Victor Alvarez, Johnathan Morris, Dusty Simmons and Tex Watts need to have the year my scout thinks they should. If this happens, look out.

Enjoyed it. As for what we're doing, we're trying to keep making the playoffs in the hopes of breaking through eventually. If that means maximizing older stars for younger talent - Lindsey for Soto, Gerard, Tufts...then that's what we do.

Injuries and bad luck have us 3 time playoff losers to champs. I'd love to win one of course, but sustaining a successful team is high up there too.

I think your still the class of the Ale the next few seasons, I just don't see your team getting past the Lager teams. Looks alot like our division a few years ago.

Still, the "Hat in the ring" concept is a solid plan. All it takes is a hot run in October.

Finally got to listen to some of it (in the office all morning)....

Great job, Jake. Loved the music at the front (Thanks again, Jim).

I bought a microphone, but found out afterwards that I need an amplified mic for the iMac. This was just basically yelling into the iMacs built in. I'll get something better next time.
