As usual, I am unable to trade. Sample trade discussion from this offseason:

      "Hey what's up, I'm interested in _____."
"Alright cool, I'll trade him to you for Dave Crudge."
"There's nobody else in my entire system who interests you?"
      "Nope."
      "Ok, good luck."

Curiously, every single player I'm trying to trade for is judged to be worth a top-20 starting pitching prospect. Amazing!

Lol, whats worse....... half the top pitching prospects either possible mid rotation starter or back end starter at best!!!

There's the top 10, the its a big mess after. See "Don Richmond" top #20 at onept. Fine career he ended up having. Don't even get me starter on Pat Powell!!!

              Yep.

I was almost infected but I passed it to Davenport as soon as I saw what he really was.

                Uhhhh, Dave?

Why is Chuck Allison getting paid 17.5 MM? Something tells me it was supposed to be 1,750,000...

Crudge is my best player. Former 1.3 Linseman can be had. He is ready to have a coming out party.

Flanaghan, 4 years almost 8 million. Allison, 4 years at $17.5 mil a year. GTFO. Have fun signing these clowns while I watch David Beeson teach my guys to hit for the cool price of $440k. Overspending isn't really penalized in this league like it should be, but that's no reason to spend money like a drunken buffoon.

It doesn't need to be penalized, it counts against your budget.

I'm glad you have something to be proud of in the BLB because its obviously not your team.

I'm learning. Gonna take some time.
