* Arbitration hearings are taking place. If you don't want to bring a team controlled guy back, make sure you withdraw the offer. The game, by default offers what is listed.

* Free Agents who are eligible for Comp must be offered ARB. I check all of these per-SIM and make notes.

* guys with this '#' mark are Rule V eligible. Only one way to protect them. Get the on your 40 man. Do not stash guys on your DL. Get them off and onto your 40 man if you want to protect them. If they're still going to be injured in March, go ahead and leave them on the DL, but let me know.

* you get 24 hours to submit Rule V lists after Weds SIM. Be aware.

You have to offer them IF you want to be eligible for the COMP.
