Try the "right click" approach, as opposed to drag and drop. This appears to be a bug.

Made changes to the playoff roster, the rotation, the bullpen and the lineup. Export is in. The Bats are ready to shock the world!

That's what I tried. It won't let me add him to the eligible for playoff roster or directly to the roster. Must be because he was on the 60 DL.
