              I checked, and looks like it was a collision at 2nd base. Now can only hope it is not serious.

                    6-1 but not without a price. Both Rojas and Scott (diagnosis pending) go out due to injury. Rojas should be back in time for the playoffs, but we aren't so sure about Mr. Scott due to his spotty injury history. Looks like rookie, Colin Reed, will have a grand total of three weeks to transform into a big league caliber hitter. :(

                      We're 2 games over .500 since the end of June. Most years, that's good enough for a first place showing in the ultra competitive Pilsner boys!

                          I said a few weeks back that a 5 - 2 sim was the dividing line between gaining ground and losing it in the Lager this year. We had a 4 - 3 week this sim and took one step closer to the edge of the cliff.
