Hartford's pick is in. MR - Marco Perez. Morgantown fired right behind with Tyler Tibble. Davenport has next 2.

Perez was the 2nd to last guy left on my board from my initial research. Satisfied to get him here. He's pretty developed already with 2 plus pitches according to my scout. He started in college. We'll try him as a starter at A, if it doesn't work out, we'll move him into a set-up/closer type role.

He's lazy and his control worries me, but as has already been stated, this isn't that deep of a draft. Plus we added PHI 2nd for next season to move down a bit.

I was hoping to get some of the other guys in my list but they were taken already. Still not disappointed to get Tibble. Had some good stats in the feeders and a decent makeup.

My scout REALLY liked Sandy Franco. But 18 year old pitcher + international + very poor intangibles had me avoiding him like the plague. I look forward to his development into a perennial All Star now that he has landed with Virginia.

Meh... he's a true Reliever... not even a Top 100 guy. He felt like a sure thing. THat being said, not an All-Star.

Yeah, he's suggested having Clay autopick for him, but we're trying to get confirmation if that applies to 2.9 and 2.10 or only 2.9. Technically he could have Clay kick 2.9 to auto then use his time limit for 2.10 to make his own pick. He's on and off the grid so immediate contact has proven difficult.
