Hmmm. Maybe it takes a second to show the game log and stats.

They're there... but the box scores are fed by the HTML.

It's only ST but I like what I'm seeing. Offense was real good. Pitching was middle of the road.

Gonna have some tough OF and bullpen decisions to make.

                    Spring Training... meh.

Two injuries... one 2 weeker to Barajas... already back. One year long to Wes Hudson - who was probably going back to AAA post ST anyway. Oh well.

Meanwhile... Chavez' 23 hits and 1.138 so far does has me deeply concerned about his "Page 3" status that the "Pre-Season Champ" has bestowed on him.

Eek. I will silence myself so I do not anger the gods.

Also, really like that Joe Dominguez signing. If not for Angelo Rodriguez, he'd be in Denver, Brad. Denver!

Batavia Makes Big Splash in Free Agency: Signs C
Sunday, March 22nd, 1998: Batavia has come to an agreement with hard working catcher Héctor González which will keep the 34-year-old in town for 1 year and pay out $9,000,000.

Batavia fans, although somewhat skeptical of his age, figure to be pleased when they see González at the park early every day for practice.

                              Big money Batavia
