For what it's worth... just my opinion...

I prefer people not discuss who is leading voting categories in this thread (unless you SPOILER TAG it). I'd just hate to see ballots influenced by that type of information. Not saying it would... not saying it does.... just saying.

I love people discussing their personal ballot.... but I'd prefer no updates on the status of the voting.

I opted not to vote for him because I liked Keifer most and Betts had a better OPS and VORP. I found it curious that Duarte had these amazing run producing numbers but fell behind elsewhere.

Also I liked taking the shortstop as the third vote because he played great defense and had the highest VORP. The defense off set the trade off in VORP and OPS (which Duarte outlasts him in).

Not to say others blindly voted or that Duarte isn't deserving of a vote. He's probably gonna be special. It was just the other things.
