Pawtucket 2-5. Going 3-15 against Hartford for the season is obviously an issue.

Otherwise looks like we have the #13 & #19 picks in the upcoming draft.

7th straight season at .500 or better and we actually reduced salary & made some money at the end.

Good luck to the playoff teams.

Half of Carolina got hurt. I think Balt takes them.

I don't even think they'll have a Catcher who is playoff roster eligible.

We've got our own share of key injuries. The Kubota and Maekawa injuries are huge. Two .400+ OBP are very hard to replace.

But all of this is irrelevant considering there is always one team that hasn't had to worry about injuries in the regular season or playoffs in nearly a decade.

I hadn't really followed him since he got traded. Wow, he had a monster season.

I had injuries this season and have a key starter out for an unknown period. I've also had starters out in almost every playoff run except for the year I lost to Los Alamos (ironically). I'm not sure if you're taking this angle to make a loss easier to take or a win sweeter... but either way it's pretty hollow.
