      Agree with Jake & Jistic.

      Hartford & Batavia being mild upset and the others being the 1980 USA hockey upset of the USSR.

        I take it that if Hartford loses on a last play of the game, Hartford was as good as Virginia that year. Also, I never said it wouldn't be an upset, but I just don't think those teams are that far behind Virginia in OVERALL talent.

          Just because a team goes 7 or even wins, that doesn't mean they're as good or better. Just means they won that series or that game.

              I think what Batavia and Hartford did against VA that year were near-best case scenarios and they still lost.

              VA wins those series 8 or 9 times out of 10.
