Going to be an interesting race for the #1 pick in the 98 draft. Syracuse could (should) land two top 5 picks!

LOL Clarence Willis is 0 for his last 23. Not sure I've seen that before in this game.

Hack Wells is back in the top 20 players list. Just in time for the trading block!

You have a decent farm system to go along with two top 5 draft picks coming up. If its a strong draft class things are looking up you!

As a team, we went 3-0 with .87 ERA, 1.00 WHIP against the Playboys this week.

                  I love playing those guys......

Crashed early last night and missed what I think was my first export this season. And we went 2-0. Never exporting again unless necessary.

We also seem to have signed Victor Rodriguez, so that's interesting.

I'm seriously dumbfounded at how we even got 35 wins so far.

I'm also dumbfounded how Dusty Campbell is getting $12 mill in arbi and wants a $20 million dollar per year extension and he's hitting what feels like about .040.

Are we going to get another decade?

                              Best of the Sim
CF Marv Bowers returns this week (one more day) from a broken leg that has cost him the entire first half of the season. This injury really put a strain on my whole team, in the field as well as the lineup. Bowers is a threat every time he comes to the plate. He can hit .300, steal 50 bases and hit 20 HRs. Great option to have at the top of the lineup. Further than that, he left a huge hole defensively in CF. For the first time all season, my lineup is now at full strength.

The All-Star break Sim...yawn. What a bummer after a long weekend to get just two (or three) BLB games. I know we have nixed the idea of extending it to get a full week of games in but we should really try something to spice this sim up. Live sim the All-Star? Something...
