In addition to not underselling that "theory," let's also dispense with the pretense of calling it a mere theory. This has been pretty well borne out over the years.

I am constantly learning baseball and ootp. I never played before joining the BLB, but at the time I thought if you left a player in a level where they were crushing it it would hurt their development. So I brought amilikori to the BLB squad and he did great for the first few seasons. But after reading what you guys have posted over the years it works the other way too.
